At the Boys & Girls Club of the Capital City, comprehensive youth development
programming for youth between the ages of 6 and 18 is provided within a
building-centered, mentor-rich environment.
The Boys & Girls Club is:
Staffed by 9 Trained Youth Development Professionals and Para-Professionals.
Open to Boys & Girls of all Races, Religions, and Cultures. Open 5 Days a
Week—Over 25 Hours per Week During After-school Hours. Membership Dues are
only $30 per year.
At the Boys & Girls Club, youth can:
Bake a Cake, Explore Career Choices, Plan Community Service Projects, Develop
Their Individual Talents, Be a Part of a Team, Learn About the Community, Do
Homework, Work as a Junior Staff Member, Learn how to follow a schedule,
Become a Mentor, and do so much more. |
At the Boys and Girls Club of the Capital City, trained professional staff who truly
care, work to provide youth with the skills, support, and opportunities that they
need to succeed. Whether through computers, community service, the arts, or
sports, Club members are encouraged to discover new talents and explore their
own potential. |
